Special Interest
Groups (SIGs) were sessions, in which 20-40 participants engaged in
an in-depth discussions on a specific methodological or technical topic.
The following SIGs
took place:
- Integrated measurement, analysis and visualization
of behavior and physiological signals.

- Performing usability investigations with a
Usability Laboratory
Organizers: Hans-Günther Dierigen (Technische Universität Dresden,
Dresden, Germany), Barbara Majonica (C-Lab, Paderborn, Germany), Wolfgang
Dzida and Regine Freitag (Fraunhofer Institute for Autonomous intelligent
Systems, Sankt Augustin, Germany)
- Tools and techniques for the study of multimodal
communication: speech, gesture and facial expression.
