Registration for delegates

Online registration is now closed. 

The standard registration fee for delegates includes the following:

• All conference sessions
• Coffee and lunch breaks
• Commercial exhibition
• Demonstrations and poster presentations
• Program book
• Welcome reception (Wednesday 27 August)
• Farewell Reception (Friday 29 August)

Full packages for delegates

Full package registrations for delegates include a conference dinner at a surprise location on Thursday 28 August (not included in student registrations and day tickets).
Full package registrations do not include lodging.

Please note that all presenters must be registered on June 18th at the latest. 

Fees 

Registration fees between () are including mandatory 21% VAT.

*Registration as a student is only valid if you provide proof of full-time student status (photocopy of valid student ID card or letter from the Head of Department).
**The organization of Measuring Behavior 2014 does not provide official letters of invitation for undergraduate students.

In addition to the scientific program, the conference offers the opportunity to meet colleagues, friends, and clients at informal occasions.

Accompanying persons (guests)

There will be no official registration category for accompanying persons.

Conditions of cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Conference secretariat; refunds will be made, excluding a € 50 administration fee. Unfortunately no refunds can be given for cancellations after 31 July 2014.
