Getting there

By train

Schiphol Airport to Ede-Wageningen

Trains depart from Schiphol Airport to Ede-Wageningen via Utrecht almost every 15 minutes. There is a direct train connection from Schiphol Airport to Station Ede-Wageningen (2x per hour) and a connection with a transfer in Utrecht (also 2x per hour, make sure to take a train in direction Arnhem or Nijmegen). This will get you there in roughly 60-75 minutes. See www.ns.nl for more info on trains.

From Station Ede-Wageningen you can either take bus 52 or 88 to Wageningen Busstation. From there it’s approx. a 5-minute walk to the hotel & conference venue Hof van Wageningen. Another option is to take a taxi from the station to bring you directly to the venue (Lawickse Allee 9, Wageningen).

By car from Utrecht or Arnhem

Coming from Utrecht or Arnhem on A12 motorway, turn off at Junction 24 and take the road to Wageningen (N781) as far as the roundabout.

By car from Rhenen

Coming from Rhenen, drive straight through Wageningen. At the last set of traffic lights in Wageningen, turn left towards A12 motorway. You will automatically arrive at the entrance to Wageningen Campus (the first roundabout just outside of Wageningen).

By car from Renkum

On A50 motorway, turn off at Junction 19 (Renkum) and take the road to Wageningen (N225). At the first set of traffic lights in Wageningen, turn right towards A12 motorway. Keep on this road as far as the roundabout where you have to turn left to drive onto the campus.

Please note: in the week of 25-29 August 2014 the Ritzema Bosweg (N225, between Diedenweg and Churchillweg) will be closed. This means that all traffic coming from Renkum is redirected via Diedenweg, Nijenoord Allee, and Kortenoord Allee. This might mean that you cannot reach the venue directly but have to add some 10-20 minutes to your regular travel time.
